Agricultural Diversification and Intensification Project (ADIP)

BEES was implementing Agricultural Diversification and Intensification Project (ADIP) under the Department of Agricultural Extension, GoB with the financial assistance of International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) in Narsingdi district from 1999. Under this Project the target beneficiaries are encouraged to cultivate in the wastelands adjacent to their houses. This has been reducing malnutrition as well as enhancing their income level. BEES is continuing this project independently from 2005.
