To enhance the capacity of the staff as well as the target groups, BEES has incorporated training as an integral part of all its on-going programs. BEES aims to improve the management capacities of the development practitioners particularly both within and outside the organization. The efforts are kept consistent with the BEES poverty alleviation and empowerment goals. BEES normally provides Human resources development training, and Professional training.

BEES has been designing and organizing different training courses within its own capacity by giving due importance to the needs of staff as well as its group members. BEES maintains the process of sharing and mutual learning through participatory approach and methods in conducting training courses based on the participants.
