Institution Building

BEES believes that the development inputs can be distributed in the best possible manner by organizing the poor. BEES sets forth its twin objectives of group formation to ensure economic growth as well as social mobilization. Groups are formed comprising small farmers and landless poor women. Emphasis is given to women’s participation all along. Once the groups or individuals of the groups exhibit their maturity and competence to undertake a project, they qualify for receiving loan from Revolving Loan Fund (RLF).
