Good Governance

To ensure good governance BEES weaves general and financial management with three interrelated components – internal democracy and accountability, effective leadership, and teamwork aiming to accomplish its entire activities in a transparent manner. BEES rightly mobilizes its human and financial resources. Effective leadership in BEES management fosters internal democracy and teamwork while these nurture and expand leadership up to the grassroots level. It has a committee of high officials which follows a bottom-up approach for developing realistic program plans.
