BEES has been implementing gender awareness program comprehensively over the years in building such development programs & projects as awareness raising activities on violence against women, prevention of women and girl abuse, prevention of early marriage & dowry, women empowerment, etc with aim to develop gender sensitivity and promote women’s rights for gender equality . This Program is going to launch an integrated development project on pilot basis immediately highlighting Women Rights and Gender Equality issues in one particular area under the Mymensingh district. Through this program, BEES will be organizing series of advocacy programs for injecting the thought of having good understanding about role & importance, bringing about positive attitude and respect between husband and wife in order to establish happy and rich family.
